How we got here

Rogib was born from real operational pain. While supporting lending, Esusu/Ajo, contribution, and repayment operations at Rogip Limited — a licensed Imo State Money Lender — we found that disconnected tools created gaps in visibility, reconciliation, and control.

So we built the infrastructure layer first for internal use, then shaped it into a reusable platform for other operators. The platform connects Mifos core banking, Odoo ERP, and EspoCRM CRM with 26+ custom community-finance Odoo modules. Today it runs in production: 34 containers, Kafka + RabbitMQ messaging, Jaeger tracing, AI-assisted operational monitoring, and seven Grafana dashboards.

What we believe

Community finance operators in Nigeria and West Africa need institutional-grade tooling. The cost and complexity of bespoke development put it out of reach. We close that gap.

Our approach: build the boring infrastructure right. Make the audited financial system the Source of Truth. Isolate it. Layer orchestration above. Make every event observable, every workflow compensable, every operation auditable.
